Parcels for Canada, USA and international, weighing 500g and more is less expensive than services with Post Canada. If you want to have the real shipping cost for your destination, please contact me. There are areas on land that are outside the Fedex service areas. Hence, there could be a 30$ additionnal fee to pay. If it’s the case with your purchase, I will send you an email beforehand asking you if you still want to pursue the purchase or if you want a cancellation with a refund. However, Fedex offers signature with a tracking number, which Canada Post doesn’t always offer it.
For those who don’t see the postal charges with FEDEX in the list of shipping rates, please write to me privately so I can tell you the exact price of your area. Certain areas are individually updaded daily, which allows me to immediately offer you the exact postal charges.
Please take note that if the postal charges paid by immediate payment are lower than the actual price of sending, I will send you an e-mail asking for the missing postal charges to pay. Any postal charges paid exceeding 5$ either with Canada post or Fedex after sending, will be immediately refunded after the pickup of the items.
Shipping takes between 2 to 9 days (with a signature and a tracking number).
COMBINED SHIPPING
(for CANADA, INTERNATIONAL & USA)
Options:
#1 To use combined shipping click on “Buy it now” individually without putting them in your "Cart". Click on each item you desire, then contact me before paying when your list is complete with the desired item(s). I will calculate the best rate for you (this will give you a shipping discount). I will then send you a new invoice with the lower shipping price of the Combined shipping and then you can pay.
*On a worldwide range, small handling fees can sometimes apply.
#2 If it's an auction listing, bid on each desired item. At the end of the auction, please wait for the new invoice before paying. The new invoice will include the combined shipping calculated on weight, dimensions and destination.
*Don’t wait until the last seconds of the auction to bid, this increases the risks of loosing the auction.
#3 If it’s a “Buy it now” item, you offer me the best raisonnable price (ex: 0,01$ less on each item to maximize your chances of approval on my part). After approval, I will calculate the combined shipping and send you the new invoice with the new total to pay.
*Prices are based on market research and prices of sold items within the last 3 months. Only reasonnable and respectful offers will be accepted.

1 to 250g is 8,86$ (tracking number excluded)
251 to 500g is 11,95$ (tracking number excluded)
501 to 1000g is 17,68$ (tracking number excluded)
1000g items or more is minimum 26$ (tracking number included as well as faster shipping)

Post Canada shipping internationally:
Prices are similar, but changes depending on the weight you've chosen when you win a lot. Tracking numbers are also excluded unless you desire to pay for one. Contact me if you are interested and I will give you the adjusted price whether the transportation is by air (1,5 to 4 weeks) or land (6 to 9,5 weeks).

Shipping and Refund Policies
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
The shipping cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
At this time, we ship to most countries, except those in South America.
* Some of the carriers we use have limitations on shipping to PO Boxes. We may ask you for a street address.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cdleoman@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at cdleoman@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case by case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy
RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. If applicable, it must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not allowed to be returned:
* Alcoholic products
* Sharp or breakable items
* Certain health and personal care products
In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records that have been opened
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $100, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
